On Oct 3rd, the new plant of ChangZhou YunFan Bearing Co.,Ltd, YFB was officially put into operation. We have invited CEO Mr. Liu of YFB to briefly introduce the new plant.

1.Q: What is the scale of new plant? 

A: The production area of new plant covers 30,000 square meters, and the plant has a total 150 employees. 

2.Q: Have all the old plant been located? 

A: We have relocated the workshops for administration, grinder, assembly and package, and the rest will be completed by the end of this year. 

3.Q: What equipment will be added in the new workshop? 

A: The new-added centralized liquid supply system is the biggest highlight, the machine tool equipment and production line will be added in the later stage. 

4.Q: How much production will be added per month compared to the previous time? 

A: The predict output will be added up to 50%. 

5.Q: How to deal with the power cut off? 

A: In terms of power rationing policy, our company will adjust the production time rationally, in order to ensure that the conventional products will be produced normally with our best efforts. 

6.Q: If I placed the order recently, would you give some discount? 

A: Due to the factor of the rising material price and artificial cost, meanwhile the company bear some pressure. There is no discount during the recent time. 

7.Q: What are the hot stocks at present? 

A: The hot stocks are including imperial roller series KR CF MR and oil pump bearings. 

8.Q: How long is the delivery time at present? 

A: The delivery time are according to the quantity of the orders, and the delivery time are generally 60-75 days. 

9.Q: How about the future plan of the relocated new plant? 

A: With adjusting the production sites, and the management will be more orderly, the 5S site management will be implemented more efficiency. The production technology will be reformed and production ability will be continuously enlarged. We will added new equipment. We will deepen the relationship with semi-automatic and fully automatic production line, and will reduce the production cost. In order to make the basement of extending the new market.
